She is a marketing law attorney who helps marketing agencies and companies with marketing departments protect their brands. Through my firm, Aspire Law, I provide end-to-end legal counseling for your front-end marketing, online paywalls, and customer service communications. Plus, I provide upfront flat rates on a project-by-project basis with clear turnaround times.

1️⃣ Driving employee satisfaction starts with measuring employee satisfaction. For example, at Aspire Law, we send annual employee satisfaction surveys via a double-blind survey so colleagues can share their genuine feedback. Some of my favorite questions are:
🔸 Do you plan to stay at Aspire Law for 2 + years?
🔸 What are Aspire Law’s weaknesses or areas of improvement?
2️⃣ Once we get results, we directly respond to all positive and negative feedback, which builds trust and allows people to feel heard and that the firm genuinely cares.
3️⃣ Many of our best improvements, like better task delegation, clearer workflows, stronger team connection, and more accessible written processes, come directly from employee suggestions.

✅ Happier teams also do better work, leading to higher client satisfaction:
1️⃣ At Aspire Law, we believe that when teams feel cared for, they have more capacity to care for clients. When employees feel supported, heard, and respected, they are not operating from stress or survival mode; they have the emotional capacity to be attentive, thoughtful, and proactive.
2️⃣ We regularly measure client satisfaction by sending client satisfaction surveys, which include some of the following questions:
🔹 How likely are you to recommend Aspire Law to a colleague?
🔹 How likely are you to recommend Alina Lee to a colleague?
3️⃣ We aim for a client satisfaction rating of 9 or 10 because there is a meaningful difference between “liking” a firm and “loving” a firm. A 7 or 8 means the service was good, but replaceable. Clients who rate you a 9 or 10 are not just satisfied; they trust you, advocate for you, and feel confident placing more responsibility in your hands.
