Very honored to represent this amazing woman with the one and only CK Hoffler and the other members of our amazing team — Yvonne McDaniel, Trina Heathington and April Perez. In 20+ years of representing plaintiffs this was one of the most amazing families I’ve worked with. Our client lost her brother and best friend due to medical negligence in an emergency room. Our client’s brother was an amazing man, who impacted the lives of so, so many. We were able to share many stories about this man’s great life and could have told hours more. CK did a phenomenal job telling the story in a way no one else could. Thankful we were able to resolve the case at mediation today and get our client a measure of justice and accountability. We are blessed to be able to do the work that we do and to tell the stories of those whose lives will never be the same due to the negligence of others.

The Latino Alumni Council promotes networking, collaboration, and further development for all UGA undergraduate and graduate alumni who identify as being of Latino descent.
