When you're dealing with the aftermath of an auto accident, the last thing you need is an insurance company trying to diminish your experience. We recently secured a $50,000 settlement for our Georgia client by standing firm on their true value. You focus on healing; we’ll handle the heavy lifting.

We’re starting the quarter with a $30,000 settlement in a Georgia motor vehicle accident case, and thankful to have helped our client reach a resolution and move forward.

Every case is different. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

This is one of the most common questions I get. And the answer is usually no. A civil summons is different from a criminal summons. A civil summons means someone is bringing a legal claim against you, like a lawsuit. Your freedom is not on the line. A criminal summons? That's different. Your freedom could be at stake, and you need legal counsel. And if you're not sure which one you're holding, call a lawyer before you panic.

Lean on your colleagues. Refer out the cases you no longer have the capacity to manage. The client gets a better outcome, you keep your plate manageable, and your reputation stays intact.

Knowing your limits is a strength.

Build your referral network. Use it. Your clients will thank you.
