The journey started in West Berlin, Germany on October 23, 1986. My father was in the Army; being a military brat we moved quite a lot. I moved to States in 1990 to White Sands, NM, and then Monterrey, CA before settling in Wilmington, NC. As I grow up, my grandfather was a real estate investor who owned and operated his properties; he worked on the Figure Eight Island bridge so we had exclusive a

ccess to the island and toured some of the beachfront homes. I was able to see first-hand how the real estate market works. I attended UNC-Charlotte in 2010 I have an interest in architecture and urban design. However, I ended up getting into the geography program focusing on zoning, urban analysis, and urban planning and development. I’ve taken up some architecture and construction management courses just to get exposure to how everything ties together. My mentor Brian Lipszyc kept me in the loop of what was going on real estate world. During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to get my real estate license first by attending the Superior School of Real Estate in Charlotte. After receiving my license, I decided to join Realty ONE Group with Jonathan Myers and I’m ready to sell Southeastern North Carolina.
