Amanda Bertoch Taylor joined the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty team as a licensed realtor in residential properties. She is ready to help make your dream home a realty.

Prior to real estate, Taylor spent six years working in property management, dealing with properties in Athens-Clarke County, Madison and Oglethorpe. Taylor is a graduate of The University of Georgia where she earned a bachelor’s degree in both finance and consumer economics. In addition to her experience in closely related industries, Taylor has access to multiple marketing mediums and a vast network for buying and selling backed up by community market analysis which she can combine with her foundation of property experience in the Athens area.
