“I swear I do this for a living.” 😭😂

Sometimes the lockbox just. won’t. open.

Just another day in the very glamorous life of a Realtor. 🏡

Fellow Realtors… please tell me I’m not the only one who has stood on a porch fighting for their life with a lockbox. 😂

Do I love real estate? Yes. But probably not for the reason you think. 🏡

It’s not just the houses, the negotiations, or getting to the closing table.

What I really love is helping people navigate everything that happens in between.

A great agent knows the market and understands the contracts—but that’s only part of the job.

It’s paying attention to what your client needs in the moment. Knowing when to explain something a little more clearly, when to slow things down, when to negotiate harder, and when to step in and take the lead.

Sometimes it’s also being willing to say, “I don’t think this is the right house,” or “I don’t think you should accept this offer.”

Because the best advice isn’t always the advice that keeps the deal moving.

Real estate gets personal quickly. The numbers are big, but more importantly, the decisions affect your actual life.

I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who is steady, paying attention, and looking out for them—not just trying to get to the closing table.

A lot of that work never makes it into the closing photo.

But that’s the part of real estate I love most—and the kind of agent I want to be known for. ❤️
