This one is especially rewarding because the home🏡 was being sold by owner and wasn't listed on the market.
My buyer didn't know about this property, but through my search efforts, I found it for them. I thought it might be a great fit, I reached out directly to the sellers, coordinated a preview - videoed the property for my buyer and sent it to her - when she came to town I then had an appointment set with the seller and my buyer  I was able to bring both sides together to make this opportunity happen.
