💥 $1,000,000 POLICY LIMITS SETTLEMENT 💥

What began as a devastating crash in Richland County quickly became an uphill legal battle.
Our client was seriously injured when a flag car escorting an oversized tractor-trailer failed to yield the right of way before making a left-hand turn, causing a violent collision. The crash left our client with serious neck and upper back injuries causing severe pain. It also aggravated a pre-existing neck condition, ultimately requiring neck fusion surgery.

From the very beginning, liability was denied.
That didn’t change our commitment to our client or our belief in the case. We built the evidence, challenged the denial, and continued pushing until we secured the full $1,000,000 policy limits on our client’s behalf.
