We are so excited about the new addition to our golf and wellness community - Creekside Farm at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove. This new enclave features 18 home sites with pastoral views of a 60-acre working farm and the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course. Creekside Farm is an operational farm currently supplies Walnut Cove residents and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members with a fresh produce box each week. In addition to receiving fresh farm-to-table produce, Creekside Farm residents will enjoy access to an array of Cliffs Living amenities including the nationally-acclaimed course, Chef Bill Klein's culinary creations, and the 18,000-square foot Wellness Center with state-of-the-art equipment, group yoga and fitness classes, and an indoor saltwater pool.

Here's a sneak preview of our annual Residential Report for 2017 in The Cliffs at Walnut Cove for fellow members and other interested parties.

New home construction is up along with lot sales and this should continue into 2018. While home sales were down in 2017, we believe this will improve in 2018 but prices should only improve slightly...a great time to buy either a home or a home site.

The Club is doing well, the golf course has just been re-rated and the dinners just get better and better.

Asheville continues to be recognized as one of the best places to live or visit...the life style includes fantastic food venues, excellent cultural and other entertainment and much more.
