We had a blast at Pancake Day put on by the Kiwanis Club of Asheboro. If you haven’t had the opportunity to get out there to the Randolph County Agricultural center for pancakes, there is still time!

As everyone prepares to ring in the New Year, please arrive in 2026 safely. New Year’s Eve remains one of the most dangerous nights for drinking and driving.

The consequences that could ensue from making the decision to drive while impaired affects not only your life, but family, friends, and even strangers.

Make the decision to have someone pick you up, call an uber, or stay the night where you are at.

If you see someone about to make the wrong decision, make sure to say something.
