One thing I’ve learned after walking through so many homes with sellers over the years…
The projects that make the biggest difference usually are not the most expensive ones 👀
I’ve seen homeowners spend tens of thousands remodeling kitchens before listing and not really make that money back.
And then I’ve seen homes get stronger offers because they freshened up the paint, cleaned up the landscaping, swapped out an old garage door, and made the home feel really well cared for.
A lot of the time, buyers are simply looking for a home that feels clean, maintained, and easy to picture themselves in 🤍
Fresh neutral paint, good lighting, clean spaces, and strong curb appeal can go such a long way.
That’s why before my clients spend money getting ready to sell, I always try to help them figure out what’s actually worth doing… and what probably is not necessary.
Because most sellers do not need to renovate their entire house before listing. They just need a smart plan
If selling has been on your mind but you feel overwhelmed by where to even start, my DMs are always open. I’m always happy to walk through things with you!
