I just updated my website with a map of JP District 6. This JP District includes Arnaudville, Leonville, Bayou Portage, Prairie Boss, Hwy 93 up to Sand Pitt Road, Highway 31 up to Tom Schexnader Road, and more.

If you're not sure whether you're in the district, the map makes it a bit easier to check. I also included a link to find all of your elected officials.

Feel free to take a look and share with neighbors who might need it.

If you can think of any helpful resources that I can add to my website, drop me a comment below! I'm always looking for ways to improve my website!

Too cute not to share!

I always try to have coloring sheets for the little ones to have something to do while the grown-ups are taking care of their important matters.

I decided that my littlest visitors needed something a little more Notary Office specific!

So now they'll have their own "Welcome to the Notary Office!" coloring sheet, complete with little Ellie! When they are done, they'll be able to stamp it with a special stamp, especially created for their specific document needs! LOL!

Sometimes, the smallest visitors deserve a little official business of their own!

Help me welcome a new member to my office team! Well, the ONLY member of my office team besides me! Her name is Ellie and she is here on probationary status while work is being done in our home.

She's friendly, loyal, and believes every visitor deserves a dramatic introduction. Her customer-service voice is.... very loud! It's her enthusiastic way of saying hello! She barks when guests come in, but it's all friendliness and zero bite.

We're working on her professionalism!

With all of the ugliness in the world, let me share one of the sweet things that has happened lately.

I recently had the pleasure of helping this lovely couple with Notary work. The wife had recently lost her sister and was given this antique typewriter, but she didn't really have a place to display it. She asked if I might be interested in it. Of course, I said yes!

We worked out an exchange for services, and this antique beauty found her new home with me. Now, she proudly sits on my great-grandparent's table, which somehow makes her feel even more special.

The very first paper I put into the typewriter was well wishes for a couple I had just married. ❤️

I'm so thankful to have such a beautiful treasure in my collection, but even more thankful for the story that came with it. It will always remind me of the timeless love between sisters, and sometimes the things we treasure most find their way to exactly where they belong.
