Dallas Express's article on the Palazzolo case, discussing the reality that the appointed Board of Managers has not been briefed on the huge waste of dollars and embarrassingly bad work done by its attorneys that have served only the attorneys involved.
The 2nd Court of Appeals recently affirmed the trial court's denial of a plea to jurisdiction, meaning that the case should go to trial. However, without a smidgeon of shame, FWISD's attorneys are now seeking a reconsideration of that ruling. And when that fails, they will likely seek an en banc review, and when that fails, they'll try the Texas Supreme Court.
But it's cool...because the FWISD taxpayers don't know enough to stop the madness, and just pay Joe.
