A friend gave me this gift a few years ago. I change the wording depending on how I feel, I will switch out which word displays. No matter what word is shown at that time, I am still blessed, will remain faithful and will always be loved. Strong? Most of the time I am, I don't think it's human to not experience moments of weakness. However, these words always motivate me to keep pushing.

I am about to create a marketing packet for my business and as hot as it was today, I decided to get dressed and put on the good old houndstooth blazer and do my make up. If I had to guess, I think I was outside for about 30 minutes in full professional attire in July in this Texas heat. This took some dedication guys.

I'm confident my flyers will come out well.

Hey there, it's Erin here and in just a couple of days it will be my birthday. I am so excited for this next chapter of my life. Over the last few months, I have reevaluated my goals and my priorities.

Like most things, it will take time and some restructuring is involved, but with God and prayer, I am ready.

Why is building confidence important, and how do you do it?

Well, I think building confidence is important because it helps you trust your abilities. You can't do this without failing a few times and making mistakes.

By staying consistent and taking action toward your goals, you start to believe in yourself more after the small wins.

One thing I am convinced about, and no one can tell me, is that I will go hungry. I always say I will not go hungry. I say this because I am willing to put in the work to put food on the table and provide for my family of one.

You do not have to be loud or overly confident; just silently know you "got this" is good enough.

Meal prepping is successful because it helps you save time, reduce stress, control portions, and make healthier choices—and that’s why creating systems matters, because simple routines and habits make success easier to repeat and maintain.

What is your process when you receive an order?
How soon do you follow up on unpaid invoices?

These are questions I had to answer along the way. I did not have a process in place. When I received the order, I completed it. No CRM tools or follow-up with clients on payment. I assumed I would get paid within the contracted timeframe. Sometimes that does not happen. Everyone is human and they make mistakes, and you have to send a friendly reminder or follow up in the event a mistake happens.

Creating systems and processes have allowed me to become more efficient and organized in my business, and if needed, I will continue to seek out methods and advice that would help me streamline tasks as I grow.
