New Construction Phase Inspection
This episode explores why it's essential to have New Construction Phase Inspections conducted by a third-party inspector during the building process. Scott Lewis and I share key insights that many homebuyers don't know about the individuals who may be involved in constructing your new home. There are numerous unregulated and unlicensed workers participating in home building. We also explain that City Building Inspectors might not be Code Certified and could be inspecting homes to only the minimum standards required. As a result, without an unbiased expert on your side, your new home could be built to the lowest allowable standards.
