I know the country is divided and hurting right now. If I could take away the pai; I would. I just want to share that I received the Honor and Distinction of being named an Illinois Super Lawyer for the fourth time in a row. 2023-2026! I want to thank my wife and my daughter for supporting me. My daughter still comes to the door when I get home and I love that. I also want my mother to know I am grateful for all she sacrifoced to get me to college and law school. From the beginning to now I am blessed. So emcpurage those who need it. Thanks to all my staff amd our clients who make it a joy to do what we do.

Just want to share some good news in these trying times of our country. I know our country is divided and hurting. If I could take away the hurt; I would. I am blessed to make a difference in my corner of the world. I am now a four time Super Lawyer, having earned the honor again for 2026. Four in a row! Praise God! I want to thank my wife and daughter for their support and encouragement. My daughter still comes to the door when I get home from a long day in the office. I also want to thank my mother; she sacrificed so much to get me through school and on to college and law school. This award is not possible without these women. From the beginning to now. Let’s make this world better, I wish we would treat others as ourselves. Thanks to all the staff at JGP law and all of our clients. You all make it a joy to do what we do!

A little late but happy to share and praise God for getting AV Rated Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell for 2025. I also received the judicial ranking of being tops in ability and ethics by attorneys and judges. My team at JGP Law bust our tails to get results and work towards solution in the toughest of family law situations and now even adding other practice areas of criminal law, commercial real estate, and estate planning with some of our recent hires who diversify our practice offerings. . At the end of 2024, my law firm; The Law Offices of Jenet G. Pequeno, LLC received an acknowledgment of being a top business where we have our two locations. Our Headquarters in Arlington Heights and our second location of Saint Charles. Both offices serve as a staging point for our coverage of , , , , & areas where we represent clients of all backgrounds with our heart and soul. The February 2025 edition also has a small write up of myself as a three time . Very grateful to be in a magazine I have read as a teen. Couldn’t imagine serving so many people. Blessed and would not change anything!

So humbled and grateful to have received the honor of Super Lawyer for 2024. This is Back to Back. Praise the Lord. Thanks to my wife and daughter who allow me grace to put in time to build this practice. Since 2016, we have represented over 900 clients and sharpened our skills. We are four attorneys wide in the firm now and going strong. It takes a village. So many attorneys have referred me, mentored me, challenged me, coached me, guided me. I am today a culmination of all those experiences. This is the only award I have ever wanted. I now hope my associates can one day be decorated with this as well. And lastly my family who created my first memories and impression of what family is. We were not wealthy or perfect, but we had each other's back to get through the days together.

Very humbled and honored to be recognized as a Super Lawyer. I have wanted this a long time. Thanks to my wife and daughter for allowing me to do my best. Also grateful to my mom, grandmas who have passed, and my tio Chalo who all helped raise me and believed in me. Praise God!

In Honor of Vereran’s Day, our JGP Law has donated to the efforts in completing this documentary film by an Emmy Nominated and award winning studio located in Illinois itself, called Fourth Wall Films. They shed light on the contributions of Latinos to the US armed forces and share human interest stories. This film is set to be released in May of 2022. They are still fundraising to bring the project to conclusion. Any help can be given at www.herostreetmovie.com. ’sDay
