The Africa Regional Coordinator convened with youth leaders from the African Union representing East, West, and Southern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya.

The purpose of the meeting was to deliberate on matters pertinent to them, address the challenges faced by the continent, and explore ways to collectively safeguard, promote, and defend family values and the sanctity of life through unity.

Pending EU treaty will force LGBTQ ideology, sex-ed for kids on Africa, Caribbean, Pacific nations

An upcoming treaty will both override national sovereignty and assault the innocence of children in a huge swath of countries if they don’t opt out.

Family Watch International has also highlighted the treaty’s requirement that ACP governments “provide access to ‘comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information and education’ [CSRHE] in accordance with the UN’s controversial ‘technical guidance’ on sexuality education.”

“This UN ‘guidance’ includes teachings on homophobia, transphobia, sexual pleasure, and more,” Family Watch International reported.

The Empowered Youth Coalition-EYC embarked on University mentorship program across the continent targeting students joining the universities colleges and schools.

Last Saturday on 21st October 2023, the Africa Regional Coordinator Tobias Nauruki met with students cut across institutions across Kenya to orient new ones and touch base with their leaders.

Always finding time to talk to the youth who yearn for your word, guidance and support on issues they face is significant especially on life and family advocacy.

Let us always go forth, share our joy, happiness and love to them. Help them form groups they can meet and learn from one another and support them.

Next on when we get time, we look forward to meeting Youth from Tanzania, Mali, Uganda, South Africa, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Gambia, Togo, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, and South Sudan. More on the list next year

Thanks to the President of Family Watch International , Human Life International , CitizenGO Africa , Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF) and the entire mentoring organisations across Africa and the world who joined the EYC to support the mission we all have towards the protection of life and family.
