Dear God,
Help me to slow down and not allow the pressures of this world to frustrate me. When my mind feels rushed or overwhelmed, draw me back to Your presence and remind me to breathe deeply and rest in You. “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.” (John 14:27)

Help me to take moments throughout the day to sit with You and receive Your peace. You are the Prince of Peace, and the peace You give is greater than anything this world can offer. Calm my heart, steady my thoughts, and help me respond with patience, grace, and trust in You today.

In Jesus’ name, amen. 🙏

Happy Friday!!

Dear God,
Help me to walk in forgiveness today, keeping it at the forefront of my heart. Remind me of the mercy You’ve shown me and that I have no right to withhold forgiveness from others. When bitterness or pride tries to rise up, help me to surrender it to You and respond with grace. “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32)

Help me to love patiently, speak kindly, and walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Let forgiveness flow freely from me as a reflection of Your love.
