We are tankful to be open post-hurricane. The office sustained minimal damage, and our power and internet have been restored.

If your home or property were damaged in the storm, please feel free to reach out and we will assist with insurance claims if needed.

Full Job Description
J. Cole Brewer, P.A. is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in family law, or general civil litigation.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Scheduling and calendaring;
· Preparation of pleadings and correspondence;
· Client communication;
· Timekeeping/Billing;
· Working directly with office staff and attorneys;
· Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence;
· Answer and direct phone calls; and
· Maintain client files.
Skills Required:
· Ability to work independently;
· Self motivated;
· Works well with others;
· Strong oral and written skills;
· Excellent secretarial and organizational skills;
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
· Strong attention to detail;
· Organized and the able to prioritize files;
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, hourly rate is negotiable with prior experience.
