Congratulations to Brad Schwebs, COO & Treasurer, on 35 years with Pfefferle Management!

Since joining the company in 1991, Brad has played an important role in overseeing company operations and financials while supporting the financial needs of our property management clients.

When asked about his 35 years with Pfefferle, Brad shared: “Best part of being at Pfefferle for 35 years is the pleasure I have had over that time of working with so many outstanding individuals, both employees and vendors/customers. Some pretty awesome relationships established that I’ll never forget. I owe everything to John for taking a chance on a 26-year-old kid and allowing me to ride along on the journey. Never wanted to be anywhere else but Pfefferle.”

🎉 Congratulations, Jossue Sandoval! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Jossue's graduation from the ABC of Wisconsin HVAC Apprenticeship Program.

Completing the program is no small feat. Over approximately five years, apprentices complete 8,400 hours of on-the-job training, 576 hours of classroom instruction, and 120 hours of additional related instruction on their own time.

This achievement reflects Jossue's hard work, dedication, and commitment to mastering the HVAC trade. We are proud to have him on the Pfefferle Management team and look forward to his continued growth and success.

Some heroes don't wear capes. They wear work boots.

When the July 27 tornado struck Menasha, Greg Polley didn't hesitate. As Maintenance Technician for the Network Health building, he immediately went into action, checking on employees, helping guide people to safety, assessing building damage, and providing reassurance during an incredibly difficult situation.

In the days that followed, Greg continued to support recovery efforts, working closely with the Network Health team and helping restore a sense of stability when it was needed most.

Recently, Network Health surprised Greg with an Outstanding Leadership Award in recognition of the compassion, professionalism, and dedication he demonstrated during and after the storm.

As Network Health President & CEO Coreen Dicus-Johnson shared, Greg treated their employees "like family."

At Pfefferle Management, we're proud to have team members who go above and beyond, not because they're asked to, but because they genuinely care about the people and properties they serve.

This tragedy has brought unimaginable loss and devastation to neighboring communities that we proudly serve and call home. Seeing the damage and impact on so many families, businesses, and friends is truly heartbreaking.

Pfefferle Management and NAI Pfefferle are thinking of everyone affected by this horrible event. Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted, as well as the first responders, volunteers, and countless individuals coming together to help in the days ahead.
