Here’s what we’re seeing in this week’s Minnesota real estate market:

📉 Overall showing activity is down 12.6%
📉 Showings between $300,000 and $400,000 are down 16.4%
🏡 Homes between $300,000 and $400,000 represent 27.4% of listings
📊 The average mortgage rate is 7.4%

For buyers, softer showing activity may create a little more breathing room in certain price ranges. For sellers, accurate pricing, strong presentation, and a smart launch plan matter more than ever.

Here’s a quick look at what we’re seeing in the Minnesota market this week:

Showing activity is down 4.8%, showings in the $300K to $400K range are down 11%, sales in the $120K to $150K range increased by 3, and the average mortgage rate is sitting around 6.8%.

The numbers move week to week, but they give us another piece of the picture when we’re helping our clients decide what makes sense for their next step.
