Spending time with family and friends is definitely our favorite part of this weekend. However, it is certainly taken to heart and prayer the very reason we have this opportunity. Our sincerest thank-yous, although even those words seem inadequate, our deepest gratitude and genuine heartfelt respect for those who are mourning, grieving, remembering the loss of their loved one for God and country. The men and women who gave all they had to protect borders, rights, and freedoms, the parents, the spouses, the children, the siblings on the receiving end of that phone call or knock on their door. We are so sorry for your loss. Thank you for your service. Our nation's flag waves with the breath of the dying men and women who gave all they had for it.

Forest Lake Law seeks a full-time legal receptionist. We are looking for a new member of our team with reliable transportation and a professional appearance. Office experience, computer literacy, and good organizational skills are required. Must be customer service-oriented, punctual, able to work independently, and multi-task. A bilingual candidate who can speak Spanish is necessary. We believe in promoting job growth, so tasks may expand as one's desire and abilities justify. Legal Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and emails
Respond to or forward client questions to the appropriate department
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner and determine the reason for their visit
Contact clients to schedule appointments with attorneys and other staff
Sort and distribute mail
Organize files
Assist with Faxes and E-filing

Legal Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of administrative support experience
Legal experience is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday 8 am - 5 pm – Friday 8 am -12 pm.

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
