Market Update!

March/April was a strong month for both sales and for appreciation. We have seen broad market gains through the winter just as we have seen for the past 4 years now. Heading into spring I still expect to see higher inventories of homes for sale and if prices and interest rates
continue to rise we will, at some point hit the critical inflection point in
demand. Having the market flatten or even fall a bit is a positive because a small correction is much more stable and smooth than the peak and crash we saw in 2006.

After they finished there they opened models on Northam and built on Pinehill, Bluehaven and Ruge Ct, Singleterry, Danehurst, Wolfe Ct, Black Saddle. They built the same floor plans but made the two stories slightly larger. Check out these prices from 1989. I bought my first house, a Larchmont in Antelope in 1988 and paid $88,000 I believe.
