If you know Emma, you know she’s a people person through and through. South County raised, always on time, always willing to go the extra mile, and probably already friends with someone you know. 😂

With a background in hospitality and commercial real estate, Emma brings something we value deeply at The Newgen Team: she knows how to take care of people. Now, she’s bringing that experience into residential real estate, with a special love for helping first-time buyers and helping sellers get their homes ready for the market.

Whether he’s coordinating transactions, keeping our operations running smoothly, or making sure every client experiences the concierge-level service we’re known for, Daniel is someone we can always count on. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way make a huge difference for our team and our clients.

When he’s not helping move deals from contract to closing, you’ll probably find him coaching youth basketball, traveling to South Carolina to spend time with family, or cheering on the Eagles from the stands in Philadelphia.

Meet Conor Colgan. 👋

Coach. Annapolis local. Family guy. Real estate agent. The kind of person who believes doing the right thing is never optional.

Born and raised in Annapolis, Conor knows this community because it’s always been home. His time working with the Naval Academy taught him a lesson he still lives by today: Be a good shipmate. Do the right thing.

As a high school lacrosse coach, he brings leadership, discipline, and a team-first mindset to every client he works with. He believes buying or selling a home isn’t just about a transaction. It’s about protecting the people trusting you through one of life’s biggest decisions.

A Penn State graduate with a business degree, Jordan brings the same discipline and work ethic to real estate that he learned from playing linebacker his entire life. He’s the kind of person who shows up prepared, works hard, and never backs down from doing what’s best for the people he represents.

Licensed in Maryland and DC, Jordan is known for being a strong negotiator, a true advocate for his clients, and someone who makes the entire buying or selling experience feel personal, not just transactional.

When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him coaching youth football and investing in the next generation. That says a lot about who he is: someone who loves serving others, building relationships, and making a positive impact both on and off the field.
