I attended the roll-out of the new brand for Absolute Aluminum, Inc. this morning. What I learned for the first time in three years of recording media spots for the company is that there is a YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCMqzI7jIrnh9s8vUX60DAr8thJdghC9f, with 20 of the commercials we have recorded (my hair hasn't gotten any grayer at least!). I work with David Jones, a good and famous person, who makes this work so easy for me. Soon the new spots recorded this week, with the new brand, will be released. I hope to share them with you.

On May 30, the lineage of this early Ralph Spencer Twitchell home listed on the National Register of Historic Places grew by one more family when the sale and purchase completed at 1 p.m. I have now sold the homes at 7207, 7211, and 7219 Broughton Street, Sarasota. (I had previously sold 7207 Broughton to yesterday’s seller in 2020.)

Earlier this year, I presented a lecture titled Early Twitchell to the Historic Society of Sarasota County about these iconic homes. And I am excited that I am being retained to narrate a documentary about the restoration of one of the homes beginning late summer 2024, a project expected to take one and one-years to complete.

I have been fortunate to represent the discerning owners of these fine properties. The sale of real estate is labor intensive but it is worth the effort to help with the preservation of these fine Mediterranean Revival homes for future generations to appreciate.
