ANOTHER beautiful home with a reduced price!
I'm not sure if you're a plant person or not, but LOOK at all of that natural light! You could have ALL of the houseplants in this one!
I suppose the fact that it's a fully custom built home in the Arboretum could be selling points too....or the many vaulted ceilings...but all I can think of is where I would hang and place my many houseplants!!

New Year, New Home! So many people prefer to start their homeowning journey with a mild fixer upper, and WOW did this house hit that one on the money!
