Let's have fun, I will go first.

There was a large time period in my life, where my closet was basically just black and gold, with a few guest appearances from other colors that did not get much playtime. My kids wore it. My husband wore it. The dog would have worn it if he sat still long enough.

Andrews has raised us a certain kind of way and we are not sorry about it. 🤪

You need to read this before you get yourself into a situation you dont want to be in.

This whole "do it yourself" era is great. Until it isn't.

Buying or selling a home in Texas isn't a DIY project, trying to do it on your own in Texas is not just stressful. It can put you on the wrong side of a lawsuit you never saw coming.

I am not saying that to scare you. I am saying it because I have seen it happen to good people right here in Andrews, who just did not know what they did not know.

Texas real estate has laws. Real ones. With real consequences. A missed disclosure, a title issue nobody caught, a contract term you did not fully understand, any one of those can cost you tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. After the deal is already done.

That is not a what if. That is what happens when somebody goes through one of the biggest financial transactions of their life without anyone in their corner who actually knows the process.

I have been that person for buyers and sellers in Andrews and the Permian Basin for a long time. I know what to look for, I know where deals go wrong, and I know how to make sure you are protected before any of it has a chance to become your problem.
