This beautiful piece of Crescent Hill has finally found its people! Ten acres of woods, trails, and those big, heart-opening Catskill views that never get old.

And here’s where it gets REALLY fun. The new owners will be building their Catskill home with HUTS , whose work we love. They’re also building another home just up the road, so we’re especially excited to see how both projects evolve. Great design coming to our little mountain! 🌲✨

And the best part? These lovely buyers are going to be my neighbors. Welcome to Crescent Hill! ❤️
