Through the frustrations of finding the perfect place with low maintenance to negotiating repairs, we got it all and within a timely manner. Knowing exactly what you need/want AND what you’re willing to compromise on is so important… and so is working together with the other agent to find a win-win. Thankful for an awesome listing agent that wanted to work with me rather than against me (and understanding when I show up to the home to meet the other agent to negotiate repairs in person 🤣)
