as argued and won some of the most important cases in Alaska on the rights of injured workers. He has represented injured workers in over 200 hearings before the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board. Chancy has argued 55 cases before the Alaska Supreme Court. Eric joined the firm in 2010 after a career in the State Legislature. He has argued over 20 cases before the Board, won a number of cases before the Appeals Commission, and has a perfect record representing injured workers before the Alaska Supreme Court. James Croft represents the third generation of Crofts helping injured workers in Alaska. He is currently a law student at Lewis and Clark Law School. He assists Chancy and Eric with legal research and writing. Patty, Jami and Brenda provide excellent paralegal support on our cases.
