ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!

I'm looking for Public witnesses to call into an illegal hearing still scheduled for this morning before the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. The complaint itself is against the Commissioner of Revenue - Geoffrey E. Snyder, and includes criminal violation claims of record. The issues before the Board tie directly to the legal issues in my related Federal/State litigation (Ref. HARIHAR v US BANK et al).

Anyone who is able to attend is asked to simply call in and be present as a witness - to see if the Board actually moves forward with the hearing, when they've lost all jurisdiction to do so. No one is required to say or do anything - simply act as a witness to the hearing.

10-19-2024 BREAKING NEWS (BOSTON): Massachusetts DOR Commissioner - Geoffrey E. Snyder accused of accessory to fraud violations under 10 U.S. Code § 878 - Art. 78.

In a Taxpayer complaint currently before the MA Appellate Tax Board (Ref. HARIHAR v COR, Docket No. C350271), recent filings by the Commissioner and his attorney - R. Emmett Murphy (DOR), evidence multiple misrepresentations of the facts in what appears as a purposeful attempt to mislead the Tax Board. Harihar's tax complaint is also directly related to multiple ongoing cases in State/Federal courts that have evidenced egregious Civil Rights/Color of Law abuses for over a decade. Primary legal issues in Harihar's court cases stem from the illegal foreclosure of his residential property in Lowell, MA - including evidenced RMB Securities Fraud violations identified by: (1) the Justice Department; (2) the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office; and (3) Federal Bank Regulators.

Prior to his appointment as DOR Commissioner, Mr. Snyder worked as the Director of Equity Sales at Wells Fargo, where he led the company’s Research Sales and Sales Trading operations across the United States and London. Previously, he was the Global Head of Institutional Sales at Bank of America Securities and the Deputy Head of U.S. Equity Sales at Citigroup Global Markets. It's worth noting that WELLS FARGO and CITIGROUP are named Defendants in HARIHAR's related state/federal litigation.

So - as many of you know, my legal posts on FB are regularly sent to over 40 different groups - some Public groups and some private groups, in part to inform and update the Public on the continued systemic failures evidenced in the Massachusetts State and Federal Judiciary.

Every so often, there are "Moles" who poorly try to diminish the evidenced corruption - and others who have no clue of the litigation history and the severity of evidenced violations and systemic abuses that I've Publicly evidenced for over 13 years of litigation. To date, I've forced 13 MA State and Federal judges to recuse (unprecedented) - after judicial abuses, undisclosed conflicts, etc... were evidenced...

For those of you who have been faithfully supporting my legal efforts through the years - I can't thank you enough... It's been a long road - and continuing to make progress every day. I still receive phone calls, emails etc... every week from all over the country from illegally foreclosed Homeowners experiencing the same (or similar) judicial abuses.

As you can imagine, it's not easy to simply summarize ALL of systemic failures in just a few sentences, when someone (who obviously has done no research first) questions whether you are just a "chronic litigant"... Here's the latest one, along with my response (below).

Above all, I'm an American born Citizen of the United States. Anyone who attempts to say that my Civil/Due Process Rights mean nothing - well, that's just never going to be tolerated.

09-11-2024 BREAKING NEWS (BOSTON): A forthcoming Civil Rights/ Discrimination Lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts details a 13-year documented history of systemic failures evidenced in the MA State Judiciary, MA AGO and the MA DOR. Retaliation against the indigent, Indian American Plaintiff is also considered a factor for Whistleblower actions that have necessarily reported and detailed these systemic failures in government.

The attached document below is a copy of the formal Consumer Complaint filed with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

Mr. Harihar is now seeking to retain a top Civil Rights law firm for his Civil complaint being filed in the US District Court of Massachusetts.
