Sometimes "Policy Limits" aren’t really policy limits...

Example:
54 year-old - in friend’s vehicle - hit by distracted driver

Told he could only recover $50,000. Insurance company said other coverage did not apply.

Within 90 days, we recovered $238,000 from that insurance company.

"Hunker Down" - Banker Law Group will be working remotely while following the Mayor's Order for Anchorage Residents to "Hunker Down."

The office is temporarily "virtual". Depositions are postponed, and all of our court appearances scheduled for the rest of the month will be re-set.

However- clients can reach us by phone and Email. We have been in touch with insurance adjusters, and they are - without exception - still making themselves available to work on the resolution of claims while working from home.

We are also still providing initial consultations over the phone.
