We're excited to be wrapping up the sale of Portage Glacier Lodge 🌄, one of Alaska's unique leasehold properties. These transactions are anything but ordinary and require patience, creativity, and a lot of teamwork to get across the finish line. 🤝

A huge shout-out to Janelle Keller and the team at Alyeska Title 🙌 for finding an underwriter willing to insure this leasehold estate, and to the buyers for their patience throughout the process. Special thanks as well to Emily Lewis, who worked alongside me on this transaction. 👏
