2016..time flies. Thanks sister Maria Conry-Tovar ..I recall helping out a good friend, suegra being illegally evicted, Jesse Renteria ..we didn't win but lady also didn't get evicted..small victory. No rent for 4 months..gave us time to relocate her and her Nopales.

Today I find myself preparing to ..not battle..file in Court. CARE COURT. UNDER the CARES Act..Hispanics and Asians, not accustomed to ask Government for help will face HOMELESSNESS UNLESS they apply for RENT RELIEF..DUE TO INFLATION. Boy is that so true..disguising my help for the homeless in a lawsuit protecting CSUF STUDENTS..we were all supposed to get $$$..you didn't? Let's talk.

2020 pandemic hits. 5 YEARS later. Folks CANT AFFORD RENT..HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS getting arrested despite victories in Federal Court, we still have rich ELITIST. DOMESTIC TERRORISTS. .trying to kick us out of our own land. NO TRAIL OF TEARS ON MY WATCH.

Proud of my job..role as a community advocate..NOT A COP..FAR FROM IT..THOSE GUYS ARE HEROES. ..I'm just a gangster having fun..never leave the pad without packing my..GATO..

Getting interesting calls from a variety of clients, issues I would have never imagined. Originally opened business yo help battered women. I am more than well versed in many fields and trained to decipher the information and or find a solution. In the field over 25 years..no frivolous lawsuits and I try to stay away from issues against cops and teachers..tough jobs. .don't want yo use my skill to fight those honorable professions. Today I get to meet with a Military Veteran who is fighting the same bureaucracy he swore to defend. I understand the governmental procedures that keep our country intact..cannot be the same tactics used against our Veterans..if you risk your life for me and my family. .into the future. You have Carte Blanche with me, should be the same with the Government. .now I know why we have homeless vets. BUREAUCRACY. Was lucky to be at a VFW HALL in Texas over the weekend..commemorating a 90 yr young Sailor..I truly felt inspired..it will be an honor to HELP. WE WILL WIN..why wouldn't we..its our Mimitary . Heroes. How difficult can they make it.
