USCIS posted this notice on their web site yesterday. It confirms that they are now accepting DACA applications. Be aware, however, that it also says USCIS may appeal the judge's order. Potential applicants should file right away.

La decisión de la suprema corte significa que DACA deberá ser completamente re-instituida para que todos apliquen, no solo quienes tengan DACA, y permitir solicitantes por primera vez. The most common question that my office is receiving now is: can I submit an application for DACA for the first time?
The answer is: the Supreme Court's decision means that DACA should be fully reinstated for everyone to apply, not just people who already have DACA, and should allow first time requests. However, the immigration service will need to reopen the DACA policy for new requests. New applications may not be allowed immediately. We are waiting for more news regarding when new applications will be allowed.

The decision is a dramatic victory for immigration advocates and gives a new lease on life for the so-called DREAMers, immigrants who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children.
