First of all, Fall is the best Season! 🍂🎃

And this front porch is giving me all the fall feels.

This home feels like Amesbury, wide-plank wood floors, exposed beams, and that old-school New England charm.

3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and three floors of living space. A townhouse with a private yard, no HOA, and within walking distance to downtown Amesbury.

Plus a new furnace, new hot water tank, and new mini-split system for modern comfort.

Hitting the market today, with open houses this weekend! Stay tuned for the full listing. 🏡

👋🏾

Zillow knows the beds, baths and square footage.

It doesn’t know about the condition, the updates, the layout, or the neighborhood nuances…

It definitely doesn’t know about the 6 dogs that have been pi***ng on the rugs and floors while you chain-smoke in the house. 😂

That’s you shouldn’t rely on a Zestimate to tell you what your home or any home is worth.
