I have been in the real estate industry f
or 27 years. Fifteen of those years were spent in title industry where my clients were residential or commercial realtors, lenders, or developers. I found that most real estate agents focus on one area of the market. When I decided to become an agent myself, I already had experience dealing with all of these types of property closings along with the challenges that came with them. As an investor in real estate myself, I feel like I can relate to almost every buyer and seller and help them as they search for the perfect property.
