It's Fall, Y'all! If you're in Western PA, you're feeling it today, too... and right on time! So I'm leaving summer behind (for now), switching out wardrobe, candles, and produce 🍂 many of you know that I moved from Las Vegas to Pittsburgh, and miss Vegas dearly (esp during, um, 5th month of winter).... BUT... every time the season changes, I'm reminded of one of the many reasons I love it here.

Some people hate Change and come people love it. Count me in that second category. By the time I'm sick of summer, fall is here to do ALL THE THINGS, and by the time I'm ready to live on my couch in PJ'S, here comes winter giving me that excuse ❄️. Same with business -- staying in the same place is boring, and while change isn't always (or usually) easy, it's TOTALLY necessary.

We're making changes right now, and it's going well, but man, it's tough. But I can't wait to bring yall in on some new stuff and cool new ideas (biased here, but I still think they're cool).

Proposals do not protect your business as a service provider adequately. You need a contract to make sure you get paid, to limit your liability in the event that a client doesn't pay or break the agreement.
