JOB OPENING.
Young Firm PC is seeking a full-time receptionist/legal assistant for small, locally owned practice. Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, interviewing prospective clients, scheduling appointments, contacting courts, filing documents, maintaining various records and running local errands as needed. Eligible candidates must have prior experience using Microsoft Office (proficient user), demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and possess a high school diploma. Position also requires a professional appearance and adherence to a dress code policy. Benefits include available health, vision, dental and life insurance policies, 401(k) plan with employer matching and annual profit sharing (all after required qualification period).
