After many years in Huntington Beach, I relocated to Fiddletown to assist my Mom and step father building their home in 2003. It was a great project and I learned so much! As that was winding down, I decided to take the real estate exam, since I had completed the classes prior to my move! I passed and the rest is history! I originally worked in the Pine Grove Prudential office, soon moving over to their Plymouth branch. After a couple years, Prudential closed and we became Sierra Gold Realty. After the passing of my Sierra Gold Realty Broker, Ann Kiester, I obtained my Broker’s license and purchased the company in 2017. My husband, John Cavanaugh, started working for the company in 2015 shortly after we met. He’s now a licensed Realtor. John and I are a great team. He handles the operations of the business, and I work with our clients! We are also notaries!

After 14 years of working out of the Plymouth office, we are launching a new look and have a new location! We are excited to be a part of the Amador City community! Such a quaint little town that offers so much! We will continue to serve our clients in the greater Foothill region of Amador, El Dorado and Calaveras counties, as well as Sacramento and San Joaquin. We are a boutique real estate company, offering personalized service to our clients.

In our off time, John and I like to travel and explore! We love the coast and the mountains. Our area is so diverse with its many wineries, shops, restaurants, along with the endless amounts of recreation up our mountain! Amador County is the gateway to the Sierras with a treasure trove of creeks, lakes, trails, BLM land and only an hour and a half to Tahoe. We are blessed to have family with us and share our lives with 2 Australian Shepards!
