This one might actually be closing.. We have another week to go but it's looking good so far. The problem with this property was it was in a Flood Zone and designated in a Wetland. Two problematic characteristics for Land in the State of FL. It's developable if the right steps are taken and it is a costly endeavor. If you're not familiar with Land, here's a piece of advice. If the dirt is cheap, you better ask why.

To my very surprise, 3 buildable Lots 100k each is just too much for developers these days. My, how much this market has changed. I've never had so many listing cancellations in my career - each with their own set of specific scenarios. Gotta keep going, dwelling on the failures doesn't help. Here's to the other side of real estate.
