Congratulations to Kim and John on the sale of their Peachtree Corners home! 🏡🎉

Kim and John reached out to me in early May after John accepted a new position that would take their family across the country. They had done their research, saw my experience in the Peachtree Corners market, and wanted to know how I could help them make a big move happen on a tight timeline.

We knew we needed to move quickly to take advantage of the prime selling season, so we immediately put together a listing prep and project list. Kim and John got to work tackling the final details, and then we brought in our amazing staging team at Linen House to set the stage for this true Peachtree Corners gem.

We hit the market in early June, received incredible feedback and ultimately 11 offers! After carefully reviewing each one, Kim and John were able to select the offer with the price and terms that worked best for their move—including an exciting two-week closing!

It’s always a dream to work with sellers who trust the plan, execute on their end, and allow our team to do the same. When preparation, staging, pricing, and market exposure all come together, the results speak for themselves.

Congratulations, Kim and John! Thank you for trusting me and my team with your home sale. Wishing you all the best on your next chapter in Washington State! ❤️

Congratulations to Bill and Laura on their new Peachtree Corners home! 🏠 🤍

Bill and Laura were referred to me by the Suozzos early last year as they began searching for a home in Peachtree Corners. When we first met to discuss what they were looking for, we quickly discovered that my neighbor also happened to be Laura’s best friend. It’s always amazing how small the world can be—especially in real estate! 🌎

As we began touring homes, it became clear that they weren’t looking for something cookie-cutter—or something we would find just anywhere. We saw some wonderful houses along the way, but none of them felt quite like “the one.”

Then, in early May, the right home hit the market. We moved quickly and were able to get it under contract!

This home checked all the important boxes for their family and, even more importantly, felt like the perfect place to put down roots in Peachtree Corners.

Thank you, Bill and Laura, for trusting me to guide you through your home search. It was such a pleasure working with you both, and I’m thrilled to officially welcome you to Peachtree Corners! ❤️

Congratulations to Deborah on the sale of her home! 🏡🎉

Deborah and I first met in the spring of 2025 when she was considering selling. After our initial meeting and touring a few homes, she decided the timing just wasn’t right—and that was okay!

Fast-forward to February, when she called and said, “This is the year!” We met again and created a detailed to-do list focused on getting her home market-ready and positioning it for the strongest possible sale. Deborah truly delivered—she completed the entire list and then some!

Once the preparation was complete, we brought in our amazing staging team at Linen House to add the finishing touches. The home looked incredible when it hit the market.

The response was immediate. We received offers within the first few showings on Day 1, but rather than accepting the first offer, we strategically continued showings through the weekend to give the home full market exposure.

The result? Seven offers! Deborah was able to choose the strongest offer, with the price and terms that worked best for her move.

A great sale doesn’t just happen. Thoughtful preparation, professional staging, strategic marketing, and a seller who trusts the process can make all the difference.

Congratulations, Deborah—and thank you for trusting our team to guide you through it! ❤️
