Patent Attorney, Dawn Ross, will be participating in a Reddit AMA at 12:00PM EST today to answer questions about intellectual property and patent law. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office was sued as the office denied a patent that listed an Artificial Intelligence as the inventor, as the inventor is not a natural person, does not use the verb “believes”, and is not referenced as an “individual”.
