Interest rates fall to 6.29% for a 30 year mortgage. And the feds are signaling they may be ready to drop the overall rates this week. The rate difference on a $400,000 home loan using 7% and 6.29% is a savings of $151 a month. If the rates are cut again this week then that number would go even lower. Every little bit helps. 🏡
