Century 21 Lee-Mac has been a mid-Michigan real estate business for over 40 years! Our award-winning agents have almost 200 years combined experience to help you buy or sell property.
Century 21 Lee-Mac Realty started as Lee-Mac Realty in 1974. Original owner Leona MacDonald purchased the real estate part of The Eagan Agency in St. Louis, and opened at 220 N. State Street in Alma, across from the post office. Lee-Mac Realty became a Century 21 franchise in 1977. Agent Dennis LaClair bought the business from MacDonald in 1984, and built the business together with his wife Pat LaClair. In 2000, Dennis sold the business to Martin (Mick) and Deanna Bowerman in January 2000, though both Dennis and Pat remained as agents. Most recently, in August 2017, long-time agent Jayson Sumerix purchased the business from the Bowermans to become the current Broker/Owner. The entire Century 21 Lee-Mac Realty staff looks forward to a continuation of great service in 2018 and beyond!
