It is a privilege to advocate on behalf of the Bezon family with respect to what happened to their sweet Oliver. This situation was entirely avoidable and absolutely inexcusable negligence. We will pursue this all the way.

Thank you Jordan Miller - News for covering the story.

Two Louisville City School parents have filed a lawsuit against Louisville City Schools and several district employees, alleging their nonverbal autistic preschool son, Oliver, was left restrained and unattended on a school transportation van for nearly three hours last year. Bryson and Kaella Bezon...

It’s a privilege to represent Ken & Martha as victims in this case, and in the civil case we will be filing next week. We will get justice for Zeb and hold the monster who did this accountable.

This couple took their golden retriever to The Well Heeled Way for leash training. Their pet wound up strangled to death. Now there's a trial. See link below ⬇️

I did not know Shantelle for more than a few months, but in that time, a few things were clear: her love for her children, her desire to build a beautiful life for them, and her determination to make it happen - no matter what. If you have some cash to spare to help her brother Adontis with extra security for the kids in the future, as Shantelle was planning, please consider donating below. 🕊️

Over the last two weeks, I had the opportunity to spend several days honing my skills in trial advocacy with the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter in downtown Cleveland while earning continued legal education credit hours. Yesterday was the final presentation where I conducted a direct examination and cross examination of expert witnesses who did economic damages reports on a complex commercial civil case. My case was assigned to the Hon. Judge Solomon Oliver Jr. and took place in the ceremonial courtroom all the way on the 19th floor. Not only was it incredibly informative, it was challenging and FUN. After our witnesses were done testifying, the Judge and our assigned coach gave critiques. Although they both told me I was well prepared and had great presence in the courtroom, I also got a “… just don’t slap ‘em in the face with it” from Judge Oliver about my aggressive approach to cross examination of the expert called by opposing counsel.

I had to stay on brand! 😊 🥊

In the month of July I personally appeared in 6+ counties, including 15+ courts, across 7+ practice areas, and tried 5 cases -including one today to a jury in a criminal case resulting in a ✨NOT GUILTY verdict for my client.

To say I am thankful for my clients, coworkers, family and babysitter who allow me to make a living doing this job would never be enough. But after a successful jury trial today, I am feeling very reflective and grateful.

If I owe you a call back or an email response - I swear I’ll catch up with my ☎️ messages very soon. It’s been a long hot summer!

Where the City of Alliance’s obligation to enforce our property maintenance code has utterly failed, some of my neighbors and I have banded together to make things happen. Shame on the City for letting conditions like this fester all over our community.

Neighbors on Overlook Drive in Alliance are fed up with a blighted, empty home on their street and file suit in Stark County court.

Having spent 6.5 years on Alliance City Council, and now raising my family here and practicing law from my office downtown, I care deeply about our city and responsible governance. When I vote in the contested Republican primary, I’ll be confidently voting for Rev. Joshua Smith for Alliance City Council. I’ve gotten to know Josh, tested his grit, and believe he’s running for all the right reasons: starting with a deep commitment to improving Alliance for generations to come. Voting starts tomorrow, April 8 and continues through Ohio’s Primary Election on May 6. I hope you’ll join me! 🇺🇸 🗳️
