Just so the record is clear - I have not heard of any member of City Council being asked to sign an NDA about the data center project, and there is no NDA that could supersede or circumvent the Open Meetings Act or the requirements of Ohio’s Sunshine Law.

The City of Alliance is a better place because of Art’s lifelong contributions to our community. Even as his health was failing, he gave everything he had to make Alliance a better place to live, work, and visit. His leadership was a breath of fresh air on Council in 2015 and his loss leaves an undeniable void. My heart is with his family. ❤️

We had the best time walking in the 31st Martin Luther King Jr. Parade and enjoying the celebration afterward at Maple Beach Park. A small committee of really dedicated volunteers make this day possible and it was really special to be participating as a public official again! Shoutout to our friends at Sarchione Auto Gallery for hooking us up with a beautiful ride to show off too! My dad thoroughly enjoying guiding her down Liberty through the crowds.

When I decided to apply for the vacancy in the office of Council President, I reached out to every Republican elected official I could quickly think of (and whose cell number I had) that could attest to having worked with me either on a campaign or on a governmental issue.

This morning I received this letter from my friend Lisa Nelligan who serves on the Perry Township Board of Trustees. We are working through quite a mess over in Perry, but it has been a pleasure to work with and for the Board of Trustees. I genuinely enjoy government work, and would love the opportunity to bring my experience to the table as your next Council President here at home in Alliance.
