Now that I’m licensed across DC, Maryland AND Virginia, I thought it was the perfect time to take a look at how the markets compare. 💜💚

One thing really stands out: the DMV isn’t one single real estate market. What’s happening in Northern Virginia can look very different from DC or Maryland — and even neighboring communities can behave differently.

We’re seeing more choices for buyers, but that doesn’t mean the competition has disappeared. Well-priced, desirable homes can still move quickly and attract multiple offers. 🏡✨ JUST CLOSED | PASADENA, MD ✨🔑

Sometimes the perfect home finds you before you were even planning to look. 💜

My clients weren’t expecting to buy a home right now, but then this beautiful property came along — and they fell in love with it. The home, the land, the setting…it was one of those “this is the one” moments.
