I closed out August with a tale of 2 real estate deals! Both sellers packed up and moved out of state before going on the market. I took care of ALL the details so they could sit back and watch these babies SELL. Both received multiple offers that were set to close within 30 days! 🙌 The first, in Capitol Hill, went off without a hitch and was a dream scenario 🎉🥳 The second, in Fairfax VA, was within reach of settlement when a neighbor’s tree fell during a storm and went through the roof (scroll for pics) 😣

Despite the complications of dealing with insurance, extending the buyers loan, more storms, delays in materials, etc...we have officially CLOSED!! It’s often NOT easy but I’m proud to be the boots on the ground for sellers and get the job done! Congrats to all!!!👏👏 shout out to for making e-signings possible and being flexible with the delays!
