It was super fun to participate in the July 4th Dale City parade with the Montclair Lions Club and the Dale City Moose Lodge. Notice the giant eagle that moves its head and has a wingspan of 23’? (Designed and produced by Doug Taggart.)We also had our very own Uncle Sam, rising over 8’ tall (by Jonathan Leonhard).

We love working with first time home buyers! It is truly a pleasure to educate them, protect them from potential pitfalls, and help them find their perfect home. This is a testimonial from a recent first time home buyer couple:

"First if there was the ability to rank someone higher than 5/5 stars they would well deserve this and beyond.

When my husband and I started thinking about buying a house we contacted Kati and Sam to see if they would be willing to answer some questions for us first time home buyers. Not only did they agree to a meeting knowing we would not be buying a house until at least 6-8 months later, but they agreed to a meeting on a Sunday!! (Both my husband and I worked 9-5 type jobs that made coordinating one day off where we could meet them difficult) They kept in touch when out options dwindled due to my husband losing his job, and they were there with us as we changed our minds on where we were going to buy again, and again, and again. They went all the way down past Fredericksburg on a week night to show us houses in an area we ended up not buying in. And sold us a house in Maryland instead. They held our hands and kept us up to date as the whole process between initial offer and closing. They put so much time and effort into us, we felt very cared for like family was helping us through this. We could not recommend Sam and Kati enough. They didn't sell us any houses. They went on a journey with us to find us the perfect home. Cheesy I know, but it really feels true. We will definitely be using them for when we sell this house and move and recommend them to anyone in the DMV area looking to buy or sell." Clarissa and Zach
