The Santa Fe Community Foundation continues its philanthropic generosity in Northern New Mexico by offering grants to those still recovering from the 2022 Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon wildfire.
Currently, nearly 7,000 wildfire victim cases remain in a federal backlog created by FEMA attorneys.
"Through this and other resources, we have worked to provide firewood to families in partnership with nonprofits in the area, support well testing, flood victims in the burn scar area," said Sandra Session-Robertson, Vice President of Donor Relations for the nonprofit.

The Santa Fe Community Foundation has made three rounds of emergency wildfire relief grants through our Community Resiliency Fund totaling $135,000.
